Refunds will be given only if a refund request has been made at least 10 business days prior to the start of the class. No exceptions will be made.

A. Student initiated refunds will be charged a $20 processing fee.

B. If a class is canceled by the Fairfield-Suisun Adult School, a full refund will be granted.

C. Refunds for payments require 4-6 weeks for processing.

D. All returned checks are assessed a $25 handling fee.

Credit Card Transaction Fee from online registration is non-refundable and is not part of the $20 processing fee.

Fees are based on a minimum number of enrollments. Classes may be canceled, hours reduced, or fees increased if minimum enrollments are not achieved.
